Learn how to seek knowledge and acquire the manners of the student of knowledge. Become the scholar of tomorrow by learning, today, the habits of the true student of knowledge.

What: Series of lectures and book study

“The Etiquette of Seeking Knowledge” by sh. Bakr Abu Zaid rahimahullah

Where: OPPC

When: Every Tuesday, starting Jan 12th.

Duration: Ten Sessions Jan 12th- March 16th.

Time: Before Isha salat, 7:00 - 8:00 PM

Attendance: Opened to everyone, and preferably serious students only.

Requirement: Bring the book with you, or purchase a copy from OPPC

During this blessed month of Ramadan the Muslim community of Orland Park IL at the Orland Park Prayer Center (OPPC) was able to raise enough fund to secure the next stage of the Qur’an Academy until the next Ramadan insha’Allah. The door of charity is still opened, so let those who wish to compete for goodness do compete.

May Allah reward all the brothers and sisters who sacrificed their wealth, time and effort for this noble cause. Jazakum Allahu khayran.
