As-salamu alaykum everyone,
I’m in the process of moving to Orland Park, IL near Chicago. I will be away from the net for sometime and hope to be back again by Ramadan.
I wish you all a very Ramadan Mubarak and may Allah make it a season of success for you all in this world and the Hereafter.

Safaar meimoon inshAllah ya Shaykh! your closer to us now so we will pay you a visit or 2 inshAllah ta3ala!
Asalam Alaikum Sheikh Birjas,
I am contacting you on behalf of the Muslim Student Association at Kent State University in Kent, OH. The Kent State Muslim Student Association is having a fast-a-thon Iftar dinner on Saturday, September 12, 2009 during the upcoming Ramadan Inshallah. We are currently contacting sheikhs/speakers for our event that will consist of the speaker giving a presentation, dinner, and perhaps salat al-taraweeh inshallah. Our goal is to help bring our Islamic community closer together while simultaneously spreading da’wa to the students and community at Kent State University during Ramadan. Alhamdullillah, we have the resources to accommodate transportation, hotel, food, and other fees required by our guest Inshallah. Thus, we are wondering whether you would be interested and/or available to speak at our Fast-a-thon dinner for Ramadan 2009. Thank you for your time and response.
Jazakullah Khair,
Sister Maram Manjouna
Kent MSA President
PS. I attended the love notes lecture in Cleveland this past weekend. Mashallah it was amazing and extremely beneficial. Thank you very much. jazakallah khair =)
Indeed! All of us that live in the Midwest are looking forward to having the shaykh closer! In shaaʾ Allaah we’ll be seeing Shaykh Yaser in Columbus shortly after his relocation is finalized…
Elhamdulillah! InscyheaAllah, we’ll be going to Incredible Pizza with El Pasoans this weekend.
We plan to go to Pheonix for Nouman’s Divine Speech [most likely, I'll be the honorary babysitter] but with the cancellation of TDC, we are not sure on our December’s plan.
Oh! You still owe us the other half of fiqh-e-namaz.
